Perfect for anyone wanting to increase mobility and flow,  wanting to explore how to move in ways that feel nourishing, or wishing to return to movement without the focus on classical techniques.

Sample class:

  • Breathwork

  • Gentle floor-based movement patterns encourage strength through stability and flow through release. ( Inspired by dance, yoga, pilates, physical and dance therapy principles)

  • Moving through space- movement patterns through space. This will be self-paced. We will workshop what feels good in the body.

  • Grounding and quieting

  • May include some time for reflection through writing and optional sharing.

This class offers a unique opportunity to embrace the inherent kinesthetic joy of being in your body—just as it is. Together, we’ll explore natural movement patterns that emerge from our biomechanics and sensory systems, engaging with gravity and the elegant principles of physics. Designed to be accessible to all and to feel like a dance or a moving meditation,  the class incorporates neurodevelopmental movement patterns and somatic practices, including Body-Mind Centering and Laban-Bartenieff Fundamentals. Through playful and engaging exercises, we’ll cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, our environment, and each other.
