Kelly holds a BA in Dance and an MA in Dance/Movement Therapy. She believes that dance can connect us more deeply to ourselves and our world, and strives to awaken a growing curiosity and authenticity in her students, leading to greater depth and dimensionality in the dance. Read more

Dr. James Stahl, MD, MPH
Dr. James Stahl is a physician and researcher based at DHMC and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Geisel school of medicine. In addition to being a published researcher in decision science, systems engineering and mind-body medicine, he has also earned black belts in both Shaolin Kempo and Baguazhang, which he also teaches. Holly provides nutritional counseling with a focus on functional nutrition. She enjoys helping clients reduce inflammation and resulting symptoms, identifying and resolving food sensitivities. Holly offers one-on-one counseling, group sessions, and cooking demonstrations. Read more

Sonya has been practicing yoga off and on for more than fifty years. What began as a teenage fascination with lotus pose, later - much later, evolved into a desire to take her practice from the back row in yoga class to completing her 200hr YTT in 2007. Read more
Vicky Fish MSW
Vicky has had the privilege of deepening her writing with the support of wonderful teachers in group settings. Her training as a hospital chaplain and work as a therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire inform her conviction that authentic connection with other people is essential to our spiritual and mental health.
Carolyn Barnwell
Carolyn is a certified TRE® Provider (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), and stress resilience coach and teacher. She helps leaders-- which includes business owners, parents and caregivers-- build resiliency through self-regulation practices. Carolyn believes tending to the nervous system is one of the most empowering and important things we can do as human beings, because it is foundational to how we experience life and make decisions.
