We come to you

We meet people where they are both physically and philosophically. Most people spend over 50% of the day in their work environment. Therefore, we bring our programming to you. This includes coming to businesses, schools, and other health care organizations.

Strictly vetted team

Our vetted team of practitioners and teachers are leaders in their fields. All contractors are fully insured and licensed when necessary. They are committed to listening and collaborating in order to achieve all goals both personally and organizationally.

We provide a menu of options that allow you to maximize effectiveness and customize programming depending on your unique needs and goals. We have created a structure that builds on itself allowing progress and benefits to be seen and measured both short and long term.


Curriculum

  • Stress Management

    4 workshops | 60-90min

    1. Mindfulness and meditation
    Everyday simple practices that can change our habitual responses to stress, improve well being and communication.

    2. Mindfulness and movement
    Simple exercise and body awareness practices that can be practiced every day to improve physical well being, performance, grace and prevent injury.

    3. Mindfulness and nutrition
    Simple approaches to eating that improves wellbeing and enjoyment of food.

    4. Next steps
    Developing an individualized, practical plan to optimize well being and decrease stress. Q and A session.

  • Caring for a Caregiver

    1 workshop | 1-3 hours

    This class is geared towards developing resiliency and restoring the foundational tools of self care, compassion, and equanimity in order to provide care for others.

    Mindfulness practices, healthy eating, and moderate physical activity are combined in practical ways in order to develop a sustainable practice in ones busy and demanding life.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness

    6 workshops | 60min

    Simple shared practice with a focus on stress reduction and physical well being.

    Time will be spent gaining understanding of the health and psychological benefits of mindfulness practice.

    Participants will be given written and video material to supplement the teachings. Support for a daily practice will be offered.

  • Nutrition Notes

    1 workshop | 60min

    1. Mindful eating
    Simple approaches to mindful eating that will help reduce stress and improve overall wellness.

    2. Inflammation
    What is it and how do I reduce it? Understand the effects of inflammation on our bodies and learn how to eat in a way that reduces it.

    3. Healthy bones
    How to eat in a way that best supports strong, healthy bones.

    4. Brain health
    Learn to eat in a way that supports healthy brain function.
