Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises targeting every muscle group, all set to motivating music that will keep your energy high and your spirit even higher. You’ll work on functional movements that improve mobility, strength, and endurance, with both low and high-impact options available so you can choose the intensity that works for you.

No matter your fitness level, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to take on anything the day throws your way. Get ready to have fun, sweat, and unlock your full potential!

What to Expect:

  • Full-body bodyweight exercises (squats, push-ups, lunges, and more)

What to Bring:

Bring a water bottle, workout mat, and you may want a sweat towel. We will be working out barefoot. If you require shoes for extra support please bring clean dry shoes.

Sarah Vashel is a passionate fitness instructor who has dedicated the last two years to transforming lives through movement. After discovering her own love for exercise, she found a calling in teaching and empowering others to embrace their strength. Trained in Inferno Hot Pilates, Sarah believes deeply in the connection between the mind and body, and through her classes, she fosters an environment where participants can tap into their inner power. She encourages both personal growth and community connection, creating a space where confidence and empowerment are cultivated through group movement. For Sarah, fitness is not just about physical strength—it’s about mental clarity, self-love, and feeling supported by a like-minded community.
