Ready to slow down and take care of yourself before the holidays begin this year? Gentle yoga is a less intense, slower yoga practice.   The class will begin with 30 minutes of gentle warmups and breathing techniques to begin releasing tension in the body, followed by yoga poses with modification offered for all levels of ability.  The final hour will be restorative yoga, using bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body in poses for deep relaxation and release.
