Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) is a body-based method for releasing stress and tension held in our muscles and connective tissue. TRE positions your body to release tension through its natural urge to shake or vibrate. It's simple, yet powerful, because you get to let your body lead instead of your mind.
Restorative Yoga
